Get Involved

What would life look like without clean water, energy networks, internet, schools, offices, parks, hospitals, leisure centres, flood defences, greenways, railways, waste collection, roads, ports, airports, roads and bridges?

Many people don’t understand how infrastructure impacts their daily lives. 2018 is the year to change that.

The NI Year of Infrastructure is a campaign which will show the public that infrastructure connects and protects, enables investment and tourism, and builds our quality of life.

The campaign is for everyone involved in delivering infrastructure. By focusing on the home, the place most significant to people’s lives, you can tell the story of how you make Northern Ireland liveable.

Together, we can:

Showcase the history, beauty and impact of Northern Ireland’s iconic and lesser-known infrastructure.

Inspire the next generation to get involved in infrastructure.

Strengthen Northern Ireland’s reputation as a centre of innovation and magnet for investment.

Champion the talented visionaries shaping Northern Ireland’s future.
